First week of NO School... Horray!!

First week of no school. Horray, we slept in a little this morning, it was nice. Braxton playing his computer.

Landon taking it easy on the first week of no school. He is ready for summer we pulled out all of the summer clothes and packed up the winter stuff. He cleaned out his dresser drawers, dusted the dresser and vacuumed behind the dresser ( I wonder if that energy of cleaning will last all summer :) )

Madison painting. We have lots of artwork all around the house. I need to take a picture of her bedroom door (covered in pictures).

Makenna painting some paint with water. We tried regular watercolor paints, but she turned all of the colors black. :)

Just wanted to snap a picture of Makenna, she was sitting on my lap while I was playing a game of spider solitaire.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!

Michael wearing his Father's Day shirt and hat that the kids gave him. They say Grill Sergeant. I should really be out there cooking him Father's day dinner. Nah :) He is better at it than me.

Madison in her dress that grandma bought her. She is the fashion queen (so she likes to think). She is very picky about what she wears. She wouldn't wear this dress until I cut off the white bow around the waist.

Saturday June 18th. Makenna playing with her babydoll. She was singing to the baby, she likes to put on and take off the babydolls socks. She would say to the baby "It's ok, binkie?" When I pulled out the camcorder to video her she stops (of course).

Lately, whenever, I light a candle, Makenna sings Happy Birthday. Then she says "Blow out cake, candle?" and of course we think it is cute.

And then after she blows out the "Birthday cake" she says "More."

Madison likes to pose for pictures. Whenever, we are taking pictures of the other kids she always tries to poke her head in the picture. Also, if she thinks one of her poses would make a great picture she will say "Aren't you going to take a picture of me?"

Madison really likes to ride her bike, she likes to ring the bell.

Landon loves to ride his bike, he would be outside constantly if he could.

Friday night bike ride. The girls like to ride in the bike trailer. Gives Michael and Melissa some good exercise and it is alot of fun too.

Tiny Bubbles.

Tiny Bubbles.....The kids love to go outside and turn on the bubble machine. I like it because I don't have to blow the bubbles all of the time :).
The little trampoline was a garbage-day find on the side of the road- Michael just couldn't pass it up. Problem was, it had a leg missing. Landon dug a hole and put it over the hole, and that worked for awhile, but it was soon overgrown with weeds. Then someone had the brilliant idea of proping it up with some left-over stepping stones. -cheer- Landon has a trampoline again. Maybe someday we'll get a bigger one; perhaps one that fits more than one kid at a time....Hey but whatever works-right.

Saturday, June 11, 2005. After, Braxton's piano recital we went fishing at Hagg lake. We didn't catch any fish, but we still had alot of fun. Braxton and Landon really liked casting. Madison and Makenna liked to pick the flowers. We just might have to do that again.
